Hinkels Law Firm received the status of service provider of the department for the development of trade exchange of the Italian Embassy - Italian Trade Agency (ITA).

ITA is a government organization dedicated to the internationalization of Italian enterprises. The Agency for the Promotion of Italian Companies Abroad is accredited in the Russian Federation as the Department for the Development of Trade Exchange at the Italian Embassy. The task of the Agency is to promote the development and strengthening of economic and trade relations between foreign partners and, above all, small and medium-sized enterprises in Italy, their associations.

The activities of ITA are carried out in four areas:

a. provision of information in the form of reports and market / industry research; replenishment of Central databases on business opportunities, international tenders and flash markets; preparation, distribution and electronic distribution of industry bulletins (newsletter) of General and industry nature;

b. promotion of the brand “made in Italy” by organizing national pavilions of all export sectors of the Italian economy at major international exhibitions; organization of missions of Russian entrepreneurs and journalists to Italy; organization of seminars, symposia, tastings and presentations;

c. providing assistance and individual advice to Italian companies, which are planning to enter the Russian market;

d. advising Italian enterprises on the registration and protection of trademarks and intellectual property through the relevant thematic office.

The agency has been operating in the Russian Federation since 1966 and today has a network of representative offices in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg and Novosibirsk.
